Delivery details
Orders will be delivered by Australia Post and we aim to have the goods delivered to you within 5-7 working days of the acceptance of your order, subject to availability of stock.

Returns for change of mind
You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after receiving the goods by notifying us in writing either by:

You must return the goods in their original packaging to us at your expense to: Dyson Accessories, 8-10 Mangrove Lane, Taren Point NSW 2229. Note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept their return. Otherwise, we will refund the full purchase price to you.
Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund for costs incurred by you in returning the goods to us.
