Returns for change of mind

You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after receiving the goods by notifying us in writing either by:

  2. Fax to (02) 9526 7122 marked for the attention of the Customer Service Centre;
  3. or email to aucustomercare@dyson.com

You must return the goods, unused and sealed in their original packaging to us at your expense to: Dyson Accessories, 8-10 Mangrove Lane, Taren Point NSW 2229. Note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept their return. Otherwise, we will refund the full purchase price to you.

If your goods are being returned for a defect, please contact us prior to return. We will provide details on how to return, including a reply paid number to cover postage.
