  • HEPA H13-grade filtration

    HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) is an air filter efficiency standard. HEPA H13 means the filter can remove 99.95% of particles as small as 0.1 microns.3

  • Whole-machine fully sealed filtration

    Poorly sealed purifiers can leak particles back into the air. But with Dyson purifiers, the whole machine is fully sealed to HEPA H13 grade. So what goes inside, stays inside.

Our K-Carbon filter is impregnated with potassium carbonate (K₂CO₃) and can adsorb more nitrogen dioxide1 – a common and potentially harmful household pollutant produced by gas appliances, open flames, and wood burning stoves.

We recommend replacing the HEPA+K-Carbon filter every 12 months (based on 12 hours a day of use) – this may vary depending on usage and pollution levels. You’ll be notified via the MyDyson™ app5 or LCD screen when it’s time to replace the filter.

Using genuine Dyson filters for your purifier helps ensure optimum air purification performance, whilst using some other 3rd party filters reduces purification efficiency as they let more particles or pollutants through.
