Unfortunately, refurbished machines and machines identified as final sale cannot be returned and are final sale.

Read More have my trusty Dyson Tower AM07 sitting in my office doorway and the window to the left of me open just a little. I am so cool. So chilled. (and I have the fan on Number 5 of 10.) On the West my windows have been closed all day, my blinds are down and my awning has been extended since about 10am. The rest of my apartment is pretty warm but I am so comfortable in my office with my lovely breeze flowing on to me from my fabulous Dyson. I am a fan. hehehe!!! I'll buy the round one next year so I don't have to move this one around the house. PS: I am a light sleeper and hate noise at night. That was a huge consideration for me when I bought this fan. But I have it running all night on 2 or 3 speed, close to my bed, directed at me, on oscillation, and I sleep comfortably and because the sound/noise is so smooth it doesn't jolt me or any of those things we, who are affected by noise, feel. So if you hate noise while you're sleeping but need a fan - this one will be the one for you. I cant rate it highly enough. The only thing better is fabulously expensive air-condiitiioner. The price may seem high and if you cant it, then you cant it. But if its line ball, this is the one. This review is what I needed when I was looking for a quiet fan.
