No appointments are necessary at Dyson Stores and Service Centres. All Dyson repairs and services are completed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Most repairs can be completed while you wait. If a repair cannot be completed on the day, we will provide you with a timeframe for completion.
Your Dyson Service Engineer will assess your machine and advise you of any action needed before doing any work so that you have an estimated wait time. You will also be able to explore the full range of Dyson technology including exclusives and limited-edition models, see demonstrations, and purchase an extensive range of Dyson accessories for your machine.
