How to Return a Dyson Product

- You will receive a post-paid label within an hour of your contact.

2. Box it
Repackage your order and ensure the following are included and in good condition:
- The machine
- All accessories and bonus items
- Original packaging

3. Drop Off Your Return
You must drop your return off within 14 days of contacting Dyson. Your post-paid label may be used at any Australia Post Office.

4. Assessed – Processed
Your return will be assessed by our team to ensure eligibility based on the T&Cs below. Once eligibility is confirmed we will process your refund.
Refunds can take 7-14 business days to be finalised and for the money to arrive in your account from the day the refund is approved.
