Say goodbye to paper towels.
No more mess.
No more costly restocking.
And no more paper waste to landfill.

The Kia Oval solution

The problem

When Fed Square was first opened in 2002 the original design expected 4 million visitors per annum. Fed Square now has 10 million visitors per annum and so have undergone an upgrade project of their main public amenities in St Paul’s Court.

Initially Fed Square started off using paper towels, then upgraded to the original Dyson Airblade™ hand dryer to help manage traffic flow and reduce costs. For the latest upgrade Fed Square wanted to try Dyson Airblade Tap hand dryers to overcome issues of water on the floor in such a high footfall location.

The solution

Dyson Airblade Tap hand dryers.

Initially, one unit was provided to Fed Square’s maintenance team for investigation to ensure ease of maintenance.

A visit to other sites where Dyson Airblade Tap hand dryers were installed was also arranged to understand how well the machines have been performing for a period of time.

On the back of this the decision was made to specify Dyson Airblade Tap hand dryers at the new refurbished St. Paul’s Court Amenities.
