New premium Dyson Service Centre launches in Brisbane – the first of its kind in Queensland

The Mt Ommaney service centre is designed to reflect the innovation behind Dyson technology. Staffed by Dyson Experts trained by Dyson engineers, the centre offers walk-in servicing, postal repairs, and live product demonstrations. With capacity for over 36,000 walk-in requests and 4,000 postal repairs annually, the centre ensures Queenslanders have direct access to expert care.

87.6% of repairs can now be completed on-site immediately, meaning most owners can have their machine ready to go while they experience Dyson’s latest technologies in-store – including live demonstrations from Dyson experts to understand how they work and the problems they solve.

The premium service centre combines technical support with immersive retail experiences:

• Walk-in service bar: Three Dyson Experts assist with at-home fixes, while three technical experts handle on-site repairs. Globally, Dyson is working to triple its repair capacity, reducing unnecessary shipping and centralising spare parts locally.
• Refurbished sales and demo area: Live demonstrations and personalised recommendations from Dyson Experts.
• Retail Zone: A full range of Dyson machines and accessories are available to purchase, including bestsellers like the Dyson V8™ vacuum, Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool™ HP2 De-NOx, and Dyson Airwrap i.d.™ multi-styler and dryer.
• Exclusive offerings – Alongside limited-edition colourways, tools, and accessories, customers benefit from Dyson’s price-match policy and can arrange free delivery on all in-store purchases.
