Q: I have added the product to my cart, why doesn’t my promotion code work?

Q: I want to buy the product but it is out of stock. Can I get a raincheck?
A: Apologies for any disappointment, however this promotion is limited to machines that are in stock.

Q: I want to buy the product but my coupon doesn’t work
A: Please check that the product is included in your offer. You can view the exclusions, on our Terms and Conditions page

Q: Can I have more than one delivery address or payment method per order?
A: The promotion code can only be used once, with one payment method and one delivery address.

Q: Can I please organise for the machine to be left {in this place} or delivered on {specific date}.
A: Apologies for any disappointment, however due to the value of your order, we want to ensure it gets to you. Therefore we don’t offer a service to leave machines if there is no one home. A card will be left allowing you to rebook a delivery for when it suits you. Delivery occurs within 5-7 working days.

Q: My promotion code has expired. Can I still use it?
A: This offer is for a limited time only and if your promotion code does not work on the website your promotion has ceased.

Q: I haven’t received my code but have opted in for the promotion.

Q: I sent an email requesting for a code to be sent via SMS. When will I receive my code?
A: You can expect your code within 2 business days. If there are any difficulties we will reply to your email.

Q: My code isn’t working what could be wrong?
A: You may have added an excluded product to your cart. Please refer to offer details or email aucorporate@dyson.com for assistance.
A: You may have exceeded your item limit in your order. Please refer to offer details or email aucorporate@dyson.com for assistance.
A: The promotion period may now be now closed. Unfortunately this is a limited time offer and it can’t be extended.
A: The best way to use the code is to copy and paste the code into the ‘apply discount’ section. This will reduce errors with the code.
