This is a free ticketed event where spots are limited. If you wish to come with a friend please make sure they book their spot as well at the same time as yours. Each Masterclass is a session of 3 people at the same time.

Our Dyson store at George Street has two entrances: one on George Street & another one on Wynyard train station. You can use both entrances, however the Masterclass Event will be located on the Wynyard train station side at our Beauty Styling stations.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your booking time so we can check you in. You will also get your complimentary drink at your arrival to enjoy during the Masterclass. You will then get a seat at one of your Beauty Styling stations and start the Masterclass with your Global Styling Ambassador.

Yes, this is a free Masterclass with our Dyson Global Styling Ambassador with limited seats only. Once you book, you will receive a complimentary Chitosan™ Pre-Style Cream15ml, a Dyson accessory and a free drink.

We recommend clients to have their hair washed, clean prior to the Event, ready to style as hair washing is not included during the Masterclass. We will be using on your hair some water spray bottles to wet the hair so you can dry & straighten your hair with Dyson Airstrait. For an even better experience, you can come with wet hair to the appointment & you can dry and straighten it with the Dyson Airstrait at the Event.

This is not a styling appointment. Each styling station will have one Dyson Airstrait, for the customer to try on their hair. Pete Thomsen will be showing in action the Dyson Airstrait and can demo it on your hair, but will not style it. We want to showcase how easy Dyson Airstrait is to use on your hair, so you will be able to use it yourself during the Event.

This Event has limited spots available, with very popular demand as our Dyson Global Styling Ambassador will be giving his precious time to deliver the best service for you. If you must cancel your attendance, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No cancellation fees will apply as we understand that sometimes life gets in the way. Keep in mind that when you decide to book a session, that time is no longer available for other customers who wish to attend. You can also decide to rebook another suitable session if tickets are still available.

We always try our best to accommodate, however we will consider the appointment cancelled for any arrival that is more than 10 minutes late, as the session is only a 20min Masterclass.
