Most Dyson vacuums include whole-machine HEPA filtration. Check your model’s specifications. A Dyson cordless vacuum with a blue outer filter cap also indicates that it uses a HEPA filter. HEPA filtration has 99.99% filtration at 0.1 microns¹ – trapping microscopic particles and allergens* and expelling cleaner air.

These are suction control sliders that adjust the suction seal for different floor types. The plus (+) setting increases suction for deep cleaning on hard floors and durable surfaces, the middle position is a balance setting for mixed surfaces, while the minus (–) setting reduces suction to prevent the machine from getting stuck on high-pile carpets and delicate flooring.
