With MyDyson Care, your cordless vacuum is cleaned to eliminate the negative impact of built-up dust accumulated during everyday use.
Every Dyson machine is covered by a guarantee, which covers the repair or replacement (at Dyson's discretion) of your Dyson machine if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within the guarantee period.
If any part is no longer available (e.g. particular colour variations), Dyson will replace it with a functional replacement part.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this guarantee.

MyDyson™ Care is currently available only for cordless vacuum cleaners. We will gradually expand the service coverage over the coming year. Your Dyson V16 Piston, V15s Detect Submarine™, Gen5detect™, V15 Detect™, V12™, V11™, Cyclone V10™, and V8™ cordless vacuums are eligible for deep cleaning service.

No, but they may be covered under the Dyson warranty. Please contact customer service to learn about your options.

You can contact our Customer Care team to implement your service. The customer care team will arrange the hassle-free, door-to-door pick-up and return of your machine. Alternatively you can drop off your machine at one of our stores or Service Centres.
The courier service delivers your machine to our team of dedicated experts who disassemble and deep clean every part of your cordless vacuum before reassembling it and returning it to you via our courier service.
