Step 4: Collect your repaired machineOnce your tune‑up or repair is complete, return the loan machine in line with your return instructions and collect your machine.

Never Without Your Dyson is a loan machine service that gives you access to Dyson technology while your machine is being repaired. The aim is simple: you’ll always have a Dyson machine, even if yours is being repaired, where a loan machine is available.
Any Dyson owner whose product cannot be repaired within the planned repair timeframe may be offered a loan machine. This will be subject to availability at the chosen repair centre (Store or Service Centre) and local service criteria.
- Bring your machine to the repair centre (Store or Service Centre) for assessment, using the locally available drop‑off or service options.
- If the expected repair time exceeds the local service threshold, and loan machines are available, you may be offered a loan machine.
- You’ll sign the loan agreement and provide a deposit or credit card pre-authorisation, where applicable.
- Your machine is repaired.
- Once the repair is complete, you return the loan machine and collect your repaired machine in line with the terms set out in the loan agreement.
You’ll be offered a Dyson loan machine selected by the repair centre (Store or Service Centre), subject to availability. The model provided may vary by market and location and is not guaranteed to be the latest technology, refurbished, or the same or higher grade than your original machine. Please speak with the Store to understand what’s available.
A refundable credit card pre‑authorisation or deposit may be required. This is taken when you borrow the loan machine and released or refunded when it is returned in line with the loan agreement.
The loan period is linked to the repair of your product. Once your repair is completed, you should return the loan machine and collect your repaired machine within the timeframe set out in the loan agreement. Your Dyson Expert will confirm the exact loan terms when you borrow the unit.
Return the loan machine to the repair centre (store or Service Centre) when you collect your repaired machine, in line with the return process set out in your loan agreement and local service journey.
Yes. Each loan machine is cleaned and safety checked before it is issued.
If there is damage or clear evidence of misuse, charges may apply. Full details are outlined in the loan agreement, which explains your responsibilities while using the loan machine.
Dyson may (at its sole discretion and subject to a separate agreement) offer you the opportunity to purchase a machine. This may be a new machine of the same model as the loan machine or an alternative option, depending on local availability, warranty considerations, and terms. Please speak with the Store for details.
