How it works
Trial the Dyson
Airwrap™- and other innovative products, including the Airstrait™and WashG1™ - before you buy. At no cost.
1. Visit one of our participating retail stores
Head to Dyson's Moore Park, Castle Hill, or George Street Sydney store.
2. Select the Dyson product you want to try
All Dyson products – across our hair, floor, and air purifier range – are eligible for Dyson’s Try Before You Buy program.
3. Use Zip Pay or Zip Money to ‘pay’
Funds will be blocked in your Zip account, enabling you to take your chosen Dyson machine home without being charged.
4. A Dyson expert will check in after a week
After you’ve had your product for a week, one of our experts will give you a call to see how you’re finding the product.
5. Choose to keep or return your Dyson product
If you decide to keep the machine, your payment will be processed automatically after 14 days. If you don’t feel the product is the right fit for you, return it within 14 days and your funds will be released back to your Zip account.

The Dyson Try Before You Buy program is available to customers who purchase a Dyson machine at one of the participating Dyson Australia stores using Zip Pay or Zip Money.
All Dyson machines, including our vacuums, air treatment products, and hair care range, are eligible to trial – providing they are purchased in one of our participating stores. Accessories and replacement parts are not included.
Yes, you can try the Dyson Airwrap before you buy it. Simply head into one of our participating stores – Moore Park, Castle Hill, or George Street, Sydney – to start the process.
The Dyson Try Before You Buy program is exclusive to purchases made with Zip Pay or Zip Money.
If you decide to keep the product, Zip will release the funds to Dyson, and the purchase will be completed.
You can return the product to a participating Dyson store before the end of the 14-day trial period. When you have returned the item to a participating Dyson service centre or store, Dyson will instruct Zip to release the funds back to your Zip account.

In partnership with Zip, the Try Before You Buy (TBYB) program provides customers at Dyson Australia physical stores an opportunity to trial Dyson products at home for fourteen (14) days, allowing customers to evaluate Dyson products prior to completing a purchase.
The TBYB program cannot be used in conjunction with Dyson’s 45-day money back guarantee. If a purchase is made using the TBYB program, the following terms of the TBYB program will apply:
1. Eligibility
1.1 To be eligible for the TBYB program, you must complete a purchase at one of the following Dyson Australia physical stores, using Zip as your payment method: a. Dyson Store Moore Park Supa Centa Moore Park Shop GF03, 2A Todman Ave, Kensington NSW 2033 b. Dyson Store Castle Hill Level 1 Shop 16B Hudson Ave, Castle Hill NSW 2154 c. Dyson Store George Street Sydney 285 George St, Sydney NSW 2000 Purchases using other payment methods, or at locations not listed above are ineligible for the TBYB program.
2. Products
2.1 The TBYB program is available on all Dyson machines as made available at the Dyson Australia stores listed above. Accessories and replacement parts are excluded from the TBYB program.
3. The TBYB Program
3.1 The TBYB Program is only available for purchases of Dyson machines made at one of the Dyson Australia stores listed above, when using Zip as the payment method for purchase.
3.2 Upon purchase, Zip will hold the funds on your Zip account for the total order amount.
3.3 From the date of purchase, you will have fourteen (14) days to use and test the product.
3.4 If you elect to keep the product, after the fourteen (14) days have passed, Zip will release the funds to Dyson to complete the purchase.
3.5 If you elect to return the product to Dyson prior to the expiry of the fourteen (14) days, upon receipt of the product, Dyson will instruct Zip to release the hold of funds back to your Zip Pay account. Funds should be released back to your Zip account within two (2) business days.
4. Program duration
4.1 Unless otherwise expressly stated, Dyson may make changes to this program or may immediately terminate this program at its sole discretion.
