Delivery update

Due to extreme weather in New South Wales and Queensland, there is the potential for delays of deliveries, including the delivery of scheduled deliveries (Same Day Delivery, Next Day Delivery, Fast Shipping, Express Delivery).

Please check for updates on the Australia Post website who will provide regular updates on the disruptions of delivery to and from flood-affected regions of NSW/QLD.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our delivery services may also implement measures to minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, this may result in the potential for delays of deliveries. Please refer to the Australia Post website for updated information.

Our warehouse team will process and dispatch your order on the same day if the order is received by midday. Otherwise, it will be dispatched on the next business day. You will receive confirmation by email once your delivery is dispatched which will include the third-party tracking details of your order.

If you have ordered multiple items, they might be dispatched separately depending on the availability of the different items.

Shipping fees:

  • Free Nationwide Standard delivery when you spend $99 or over
  • Nationwide Standard delivery is $10 when you spend less than $99
  • Free Click and Collect when you spend $99 or over
  • Click and Collect is $10 when you spend less than $99
  • Scheduled delivery is from $10
  • Your order will be delivered by one of our approved logistics partners.

    If you're not home to receive your order

    If no-one is in when the courier attempts delivery, the driver will leave a calling card with instructions on what to do. If your order is being delivered by Australia Post, and you choose the Safe Drop delivery option, this is done at your own risk. We do not recommended this as an option for apartment blocks or houses where there is no private/undercover space for delivery.

    We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure (e.g. a communal postal address or PO Box where your item will not fit). If this impacts your order, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

    Eligible Dyson Machines - Free Fast Shipping

    • Available for a limited time only.
    • Available only to valid addresses in Australia that are serviced by Star Track Premium. To check whether your address is eligible, enter your address correctly at checkout and check if ‘free’ timeslots are available (as described below).
    • Order must be placed by 12pm on a business day.
    • If using a discount code, your order may be ineligible to receive free fast shipping.
    • To receive free fast shipping you must:
      • Purchase an eligible Dyson machine. This excludes products that have been personalised, gift wrapped, and Dyson Corrales. (Please note, due to shipping regulations if a spare battery or remote for any of our machines is purchased in the same transaction, this shipping offer is not available.
    • In the checkout cart, in the shipping options:
      • you must select the ‘or choose a specific date and time’ option; and
      • select an available date and timeslot that is listed as ‘free’ in the 9am to 5pm timeslot.

    Product Returns

    If you have an issue with your Dyson machine, please contact Customer Care on 1800 239 766 between 8am to 7pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, or 8.30am to 4pm (AEST) Saturday and Sunday.

    Dyson 45 day Money Back Guarantee

    If you change your mind about your order, you can cancel within 45 days of receiving your machine(s) with our Dyson Money Back Guarantee. You can return your machine in the following ways:

    • Contact Customer Care on 1800 239 766 between 8am to 7pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, or 8.30am to 4pm (AEST) Saturday and Sunday for an Australia Post pre–paid tracking label to attach to your item, then simply take it into your Local AU Post Office who will arrange free return delivery
    • Drop your machine off at your nearest Dyson Service Centre

    If you have purchased your machine as part of a Bundle, you can return items individually. However, if you change your mind and do not return everything included in your bundle purchase, your refund will exclude the value of any items you are keeping. These values are based on the item’s individual price on Dyson.com.au at the time you place your order.
